just over 15,000km's and I think it's time to get the belt and rollers done...

plenty of room to work around it...let's get it on...

tools all sorted...

well...the belt definitely looks like it needs to be changed...

took this so I knew in which order it went back together...

thin washer...thick washer and then the nut...

belt off...

a bit of dust but not too bad in here...

blew some dust out of this...

everything looks in decent condition...

definitely needed changing...

flat spot on at least one roller...

new variator sliders...

genuine Piaggio rollers going back in...

variator all cleaned...

new rollers in...

all ready to go back in...

a couple of quid for a flywheel holding tool off eBay...money well spent...

that's it...all done and ready for the cover to go back on...

all back together...time for a test ride...
