Where's a traffic warden when you need one!!!..

Those modern bullet lights look a bit out of place...and that Welsh flag...what was he thinking of!!!...

I know it's a PX...I know it's a modern scooter...but again "what's with the bullet lights"!!!...

This really was something else...German owner as well...
