With all the best planning in the world things still don't go according to plan and our plans fell apart 2 weeks before this rally!!..we had planned to travel up to Kelso over a 2 day period as this was going to be a journey via the "A" roads because: a) Marvin - who was 16 during the Llandudno rally -  is on his own scooter and he only has a provisional licence... b) this is Marvin's first rally as a rider and not a pillion... and c) I didn't fancy the 250 mile + journey via "A" roads in one day and be ready to party on the Friday night...

So here's what happened...two weeks ago Marvin got his GCSE exam list from school and would you believe it he had an exam at 9:00 on the Friday morning of the rally...

10:35 at Colton Hills and we're just getting ready for the off...Marvin on a 50cc ET2...me and Jack on the PX200...
