underground parking...and I didn't get charged for it...result...

£35 for Swiss motorway tax...worked out much cheaper than the toll's I paid in Italy...

GTS is well and truly run in now...

total mileage for the trip so far...

I'd already been down the town once...to get the motorway tax from a Post Office (which took some finding)...but they are open until eight...could you imagine that in England!!..

I left him/her a sticker...

and there's a post office...closer than the one I actually used...

I was totally intrigued by the tram system...

we have a tram system at home but nothing on this scale...

I've had to stand most of the journey from Wolves to Brum because we only have two carriages...this is the size we need...

just love the old buildings...this is what a railway station should look like...
