first things first...I had to find a petrol station...

and this was it!!..not much choice...

not exactly a petrol station...a pump in the middle of an office block...I'm not going to tell you how many times I drove past the entrance...

I can spot a Maccies from anywhere...saw this one just off the motorway as I was tanking down a steep gradient...

breakfast menu was still on the go...because it was pretty isolated it wasn't a vast menu...

the sun may be shining but it's a pretty cold April morning...

I've just encountered my first bit of rain...

it lasted about two minutes...

I tried two different camera's and my phone to get the snow capped mountains behind the scooter...I gave up in the end...

you don't have to take all the mountain passes in Switzerland to take in all the beauty...the views while you're tanking down the motorways are just as good...

the views from the srvice stations are overwhelming...

sure beats the views from Keele services lololol...

AWESOME...

these were the first (and only)Vespa's I saw heading to Pontedera...sadly they were on a trailer...
